Here you will find our included services, discounts and our terms and conditions for a successful stay in sunny Laion in South Tyrol

A holiday in Laion/Lajen is a great chance to leave the car behind and use bus and train to explore the cultural landscape! Our guests are all given a Val Gardena Mobil Card and so can enjoy free public transport throughout the South Tyrol region. Leave your car in our car park and let the attractive landscape flow past you from the comfort of a bus. There is a bus stop right outside our hotel.

The guest card makes you mobile and allows you to discover Laion and South Tyrol by bus and train.

The following services are included:
• All city buses in Laion/Lajen
• The regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brenner/Brennero to Trento, from Malles/Mals to San Candido/Innichen
• The local buses (urban and extra-urban buses and city buses)
• The lifts to Renon/Ritten, Colle/Kohlern, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten and Verano/Vöran
• The Renon/Ritten tramway and the Mendola funicular
• The suisse PostAuto between Malles/Mals and Müstair

Hygiene measures

• The rooms and all areas are disinfected free of viruses and germs.
• Numerous disinfectant dispensers are situated throughout the entire building.
• Mouth and nose protection masks are provided free of charge if required.

Employees

• All employees are trained with regard to the necessary hygiene measures and handling of resources and appliances.

Restaurant

• Our restaurant area offers sufficient space so that safety distances can be maintained.

Reservation deposit

Upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, the rooms are considered reserved.

Cancellation policy

Up to 21 days before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs and the deposit will be refunded or a voucher will be issued.

For cancellations up to 20 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit of 30% will be retained.

For cancellations within 6 days before arrival or early departure, 90% of the booking price will be charged.
